The project respects the general structure of the existing building, introducing important changes and improvements to adapt it to functional and regulatory demands. As a result, a compact building emerges that responds to the requirements of the functional program. In essence, the geriatric residence is proposed with rooms and residential spaces per floor, general areas of attention to residents on the ground floor and mezzanine, and services in the basement.
