The Immunology Service is responsible for the assistance tests for prevention, diagnosis and follow-up of diseases of immunological origin. Latest scientific advances and a wide spectrum of complex techniques are used in the laboratory The project is located on the ground floor of pavilion 4 and its extension to Villarroel street. The project’s concept is to compact the support areas around the main laboratory rooms, highlighted by leaving the arches and the original vaults of the building visible. Through direct and indirect lighting, as well as a selection of warm and contrasting colors, comfortable and functional working areas are achieved. Internal circulations are optimized with a good distribution of spaces. The area outside the pavilion 4 incorporates skylights integrated in false ceilings grids that allow the entrance of natural light.
