The functional program is based on the Contest criteria and the one provided by the GROUPE ORPEA. It is requested to reach 180 beds, with an approximate 25% of beds in double rooms and a day center integrated into the residence for 20 beds. It also includes a Unit of Major Dependents with 28 beds and an Alzheimer's Unit with about 22 beds. The building is completed with a municipal civic center.
