The building is located on the flat area of the plot and its geometry follows the lines of the existing general planning. The building is organized into two clearly differentiated parts, separated by the pedestrian access floor: The technical-scientific area is located in the three basements and ground floor. Above the access floor, and with independent circulations, public areas are developed. The top floor is a technical area and also houses the mechanical installations.
